We had such a great stay!!!! From the moment we got here including two young kids the staff was amazing, helping us unload allllll the things from our car in the rain so I could get my kids inside and dry. One night we ordered food from their restaurant to go and I was going to walk back and grab it but they beat me and brought it to the room. The room was clean, and spacious, and we enjoyed the hot tub too!! Ranch market is also just across the street to grab anything that’s needed easily. We are traveling to the area to visit family so a reasonably priced clean hotel is just what we need. Will definitely be coming back!!
Great location with beautiful well equipped suites but the best part is the staff! Laurice was absolutely amazing!!! I’ve been an IHG member for over 25 years and Laurice provided us with the best welcome and customer service we’ve had to date!! I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Napa CA. and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to make me feel at home. My room was spotless, spacious, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to local attractions & wineries yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine hospitality; they were always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
Everything we need for our extended stay. Made to order breakfast and high quality coffee in a glass enclosed patio. Max, Laurice and Brian are happy, attentive servers. Location let's us jump onto Hwy 29, and puts us minutes away from downtown. Plenty of sunlight in our room when we want it. Modern bath with a unique layout. Front desk is very helpful. Very secure, both inside and while parking. Here for business purposes, but would stay for a vacation.
Ruby was such a lovely bartender. So friendly and personable, she made our stay extra special with her positive attitude and fantastic service. The hotel was nice too, clean rooms and comfy bed. Great location not far from town. Will come again.
Clean rooms, polite staffs. Very welcoming. John was friendly and approachable. Laurice was a jolly person and in general the employees are nice and friendly.
Parking was easy and the interior decor was great. The shower was large and I enjoyed the rain shower. The location of the hotel was very good - easy to access all of the wineries nearby. However, compared to a number of other IHG properties during our trip, the room was quite small and the interior lighting was too dull - need better lighting around the washroom area. While the staff were friendly, most gave the impression they wanted to be elsewhere. Overall a good stay, but some areas for improvement.
The hotel was very comfy and the staff was great! Jan, who helped us check in, seemed really genuine about us having a good stay for the weekend. Everything was very tidy and front desk had really good recommendations around the area
